Iberia solves IT downside that delayed dozens of flights

MADRID (Reuters) – Spanish flag service Iberia stated on Sunday it had solved an IT downside within the airline’s reserving and boarding system that disrupted dozens of home and worldwide flights on Saturday.

5 flights have been cancelled and scores extra have been delayed, a in line with a spokeswoman for Iberia, a part of Worldwide Consolidated Airways Group (LON:).

“Our techniques are again to connectivity. On-line billing and check-in are again to regular. We apologise to all prospects for the inconvenience brought on and we respect your understanding,” Iberia tweeted on Sunday.
